 Our 2013 PORTA Football team has started winter weight and fitness training.  The schedule has been posted on the Calendar page of this website.  The training program has been designed to maximize each player’s athletic abilities and prepare them for the upcoming season.

All PORTA football players should participate as often as they can.  We also encourage any student who is considering playing football next year to attend these sessions.

We have many experienced players returning next year, but we are always excited to recruit new players.  More players means a stronger team and more opportunities for our student athletes to be part of something special.  Even if you have never played football before, it’s never too late to start.  You’ll learn some new skills, contribute to the success of a talented team, and make some great high school memories.  Spread the word!

The new year is just around the corner and that means we’ll be getting geared up for the 2013 football season.  The season kickoff will be here before we know it!

Until then, our players will be training, our coaches will be preparing, and lots of cool things are happening behind the scenes to make sure the 2013 season is a season to remember.  See you in August!
